The service

Tomewyn helps you track your paper, e-book and audio reading. You need an account to use it. Tomewyn is provided by Nassim Benbouhamou - SAASIM (SIREN no. 109 269 753), 22 rue Édouard Branly, 95360 Montmagny. Contact: bonjour@tomewyn.app.

Your account

You are responsible for your password and for what you publish (reviews, quotes, username). No illegal or hateful content, and no impersonation. Tomewyn may suspend an account that breaks these rules. You can delete your account at any time from the app.

Tomewyn Plus

• Annual (€39.99) or monthly (€3.99) subscription, prices including tax shown in the app at the time of purchase. No free trial.
• Welcome offer, available for a limited time after sign-up: the first year of the annual subscription at €29.99, paid at once, then €39.99 per year from the second year. Once per Apple ID.
• The subscription removes forced ads. Rewarded ads (optional) remain available to everyone.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You manage and cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
• Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).

Apple’s standard license agreement for apps (EULA) applies: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Catalog data

Book information comes from Google Books and Open Library and may contain errors.

Liability

Tomewyn does its best to keep your data and the service available, but cannot guarantee there will be no interruptions. Remember to export your data from time to time.

Governing law

French law. In case of a dispute, contact us first; you may also use a consumer mediator free of charge.
